Hailing from Dundee, Scotland, the five-piece band consists of Kyle Falconer (vocals), Pete Reilly (guitar), Simon Cavill (guitar), Dan Armstrong (bass), and Steven Morrison (drums). The View's breakthrough came with the release of their 2007 debut album, Hats Off to the Buskers. The record's lead single, "Sit Next to Me," became a Top 10 hit in the UK and set the stage for the band's subsequent success. Since then, they've released several critically acclaimed albums, including Traffic & Weather (2011) and Rave on Red (2013). Throughout their career, The View has been praised for their catchy hooks, energetic live performances, and unapologetically honest songwriting.
