Ambrosia Vinyl Records
American rock band Ambrosia was formed in 1970 by guitarist and keyboardist David Pack, bassist Chris North, drummer Joe Puerta, and vocalist Rick Santino. The group's unique blend of progressive rock, pop, and folk elements led to a string of successful albums and singles throughout the 1970s.
Ambrosia's music often featured intricate instrumental arrangements, soaring vocal harmonies, and thought-provoking lyrics. Their debut album, Just Like Yesterday, was released in 1976 and spawned the hit single "Holdin' Me" (later re-recorded with new lead vocals by David Pack). The group's subsequent albums, including Life Beyond L.A. and Somewhere I've Never Traveled, solidified their reputation as a talented and innovative rock band.
Ambrosia continued to produce music throughout the 1980s and 1990s, although with some lineup changes. Despite never achieving mainstream superstardom, the group maintained a loyal fan base and remained a beloved fixture on the American rock scene. Today, Ambrosia's legacy as a pioneering rock band continues to inspire new generations of musicians and music enthusiasts alike.
